LA4: Presenting the Results of Research (Analysis)

 Analyzing my results from my survey

I have completed my survey results and have ten responses from different people, all of the questions shown below are all related to films and tv shows.


My results on question 1 showed me that 60% of my ten responses prefers Horror themed movies other then other related categories. This shows that higher percentage of audiences enjoys horror themed films. 
Statistics shown in question 2 shows that half of the audience watches adult (mature) ratings in a film more then lower age ratings in other films.

In this question i found out people enjoys the more modern movie timeline in present day more then movies from before 2010. This shows that more people prefers todays modern day movie industry. 


The reason i asked this question is that at that time thought action movies were still very popular and based on the ones i watched. The most popular thing that people want to see in an action movie is Gangsters and 40% of people voted for that. Probably some crime and action is what people prefer in an action movie.  


I then asked people to choose an actor, the highest voted actor is Mike Myers who is almost tied to other selected actors that people have chosen itself. 
I asked people to choose a selection of cartoons that i seem to thought that people enjoyed. turns out despite a large selection a lot of people prefers None of the above, but 60% of people still prefers at least of of those cartoons except from Flintstones and Top Cat. 

I asked people which of the movies they would choose, turns out Terminator wins the popularity contest. 

Lastly i thought i would ask my audience another question that relates to Cartoons on Cartoon Network,
there was a lot of shows but i selected a limited but large selection of cartoons (older ones). Ed Edd'n Eddy was the most popular one out of all of them.

These questions i asked helped me to analyze and to create an audience. for example: if i were to create my own media like films, or tv shows, the statistics shown in my survey will help me to understand my audience and their preferences and people will be more likely to watch my films or shows if it relates to their interests more.

Evaluation of what I did on Monday 23rd of November 2.1 Planning and Filming,

 What I previously did I have created a visual effect with a spaceship flying using green screen. There is a trick into making this effect, to make it work you will need a prop that looks like a spaceship using invisible thread. To perform the effect first you must set up your green screen, once you've done so you can then get the thread ready and cut it into any length you wish, once you are done you can then tie the tread and connect it to the spaceship, the thread will be hard to notice if the lighting isn't directly pointing to the string. I have created clips of the spaceship using a canon and recorded some clips, once I am happy with what I recorded, I started using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 and added the clips to my project, once done I have went to google and chosen an image, the one I selected will be the background for the clip. How to use a Camera (Canon) 1.1: How it is Used,

Using a Camera (Canon)  Step 1: To turn the camera on there is an on and off switch on the top right end above on the camera, flick the switch up if you want the camera switched on or flick the switch down if you wish to switch it off. Also take the cover off the lens so you can see what’s displayed on the screen. Step 2: look at the Icons on the top of your camera, you can twist them left or right to select different modes, though personally it’s easier if you just use the regular photo and video mode since they are simple and are one of the most common uses in many movie projects. Step 3: make sure you adjust the camera lens so it will help with focus by twisting it left or right, Behind the lenses you can twist the stick as well to help zoom in and out, or you can press the + button with the magnifying glass symbol.
